NEW VIDEO UPLOAD: As a contractor, it is your responsibility to explain everything you can to a customer about the work you need to do, and sometimes that responsibility requires you to tell the customer something they don't want to hear. It's not always easy but it's a necessary evil to do make sure the customer understands.
